We begin with three FastFixes By DesignIP projects. We explore your vision, challenges, opportunities, and ideas. JCR then presents you with five FastFix project ideas that fit the bill. You select the three that resonate most. We work together on these projects. You pay upfront for each project and follow our easy Built-for-Success Framework.
If, at the end of the first project, you're not happy with the result, and we cannot fix it, we'll invite you into our refund process; how's that for risk mitigation? (So far, no one’s ever asked.)
After these three projects, we'll both know the right next step. You may opt to stick with the FastFixes By DesignIP Project Model; we pop in and out, by project, when you need us to dream up or fix your Brand Design gaps.
BIG:
Depending on the scope, scale, and pace of your plans and needs, the best way to move forward together may be our DeepDives By DesignIP Retainer Model. This approach is ideal for ongoing work as well as big, from-scratch, “it-doesn't-exist-yet” adventures. If this is the right “fit” for your team, JCR will suggest this approach!
Then, when you’re ready to explore this, JCR defines the scope, timeframe, and investment to develop a fixed monthly fee for creative services, which greatly benefits client planning and cash flow. We meet at a regularly scheduled time to ensure the work, planning, and vision stay inter-connected. Once clients complete three FastFIXESIP Fee projects, together we will determine if the timing is right to explore Just Call Randi’s exclusive DeepDIVESIP Retainer Plans.
BIG:
DeepDIVESIP Retainer Plans
Retainer plans are ideal for big, from-scratch, “it-doesn't-exist-yet”, and “Let’s-rebuild-it-from-the-ground-up” Brand Design adventures.
Retainer plans allow ACEs to dive deeply into their Brand Design strategy without worrying about spiking budgets.
Even though Brand Design is rarely linear, the monthly retainer fee is both predictable and consistent. Most retainer plans run between six and twelve months.
From time to time, clients need stand-alone PRINT/PROMO deliverables such as print collateral, promotional products, holiday and event materials and gifts, boxes, SWAG, and more that require our team's manufacturing, print procurement and oversight, fulfillment-related services, materials, and assets.
